Founded in November 2016 by Madam Alisa  Cengkerang Seafood began as a humble seafood restaurant with a single shoplot in the heart of Melaka’s vibrant Kota Laksamana Jaya. Fueled by passion for fresh, high-quality seafood and a desire to introduce innovative dining experiences, Cengkerang quickly expanded to occupy seven shoplots, establishing itself as the go-to destination for seafood lovers.

At the heart of our restaurant is a unique concept: a central water pool that symbolizes our commitment to serving the freshest catches from both local waters and the world’s finest sources. Specializing in seafood boil and imported premium seafood like king crab, lobster, and oysters, we have become the trendsetter in Melaka’s food scene.
